The London Interdisciplinary Doctoral Programme (LIDo) is open for applications from 10 October 2023 to 10 January 2024 at 5pm GMT. This 4-year multi-disciplinary programme aims to transform PhD students into agile professionals for the future.
Administered by the London Interdisciplinary Biosciences Consortium, LIDo offers students a unique opportunity to pursue pioneering interdisciplinary research projects in the heart of one of the world's most vibrant cities. Representing an exciting collaboration between eight of London's world-class universities and specialist institutions, including NRI, LIDo allows students to move seamlessly between biology, physical sciences and engineering, while gathering invaluable insights across the board.
The programme invites applications from highly motivated students from a wide range of academic backgrounds including biological, biomedical, veterinary, physical, computational, engineering or mathematical disciplines. All applications including both references must be completed, and formally submitted by the deadline in order to be considered. Late and incomplete applications will not be considered.
