Bursaries and Scholarships

Please check the main University of Greenwich Studentships page for possible opportunities within the University. There may also be opportunities listed on the University of Greenwich International Students' Finance page.

You can also explore external funding sources such as Commonwealth Scholarships, depending on your level of study and location.

In the past, NRI has offered the following funding support streams to students:

  • Tessa Blackstone scholarship - a £1000 contribution towards fees
  • Vice-Chancellor's PhD scholarships - these cover a student stipend matched to UK funding councils' stipends, and a fee waiver equivalent to University of Greenwich home/EU MPhil/PhD fees. These are normally advertised in the spring or summer for admission the following autumn. Please continue to check back.
