NRI has unique experience and understanding of agricultural research needs and mechanisms for in-country adoption of best practice, including agricultural adaptation to climate change. Since 2001, staff have undertaken agricultural and food research valued at >£23M, producing over 400 peer-reviewed publications associated with a wide range of development-orientated research outputs. NRI has undertaken 1,248 research and development projects working with 446 partner organizations in 125 countries outside the UK for 220 clients. Staff make more than 300 overseas visits annually, and since 2001 have worked in 152 countries.
