MINIMUM QUALITY REQUIREMENTS
Quality - the product must be:
- Intact and fresh in appearance;
- Clean and free from any impurity or visible trace of chemicals used;
- Free from all abnormal external moisture;
- Free from foreign smell and or taste.
Integrity - the product must:
- Be sufficiently developed and display satisfactory ripeness;
- Withstand transport and handling;
- Arrive at the destination in a satisfactory condition;
- Meet market requirements.
