August WHiRL project team meeting in Delft, Netherlands, 5-14 August 2002 In order to take advantage of having the team in the Netherlands, and to disseminate and share experiences with Dutch organisations involved in similar work, this meeting included a one-day workshop on Monday, August 5th at IRC. The workshop was an opportunity to: present the work of the project; and to discuss the wider issue of rural water supply and its links to livelihoods and poverty reduction.
