The Post-Harvest Innovation Learning Alliance (PHILA) is an alliance of partners with post-harvest interests who seek to establish better ways by which organisations and individuals might work and learn together to address the underlying post-harvest problems confronting many poor households.

PHILA is presently active in Tanzania and Zimbabwe, where a significant number of the key actors and organisations in the respective post-harvest innovation systems, have come together to form learning alliances.
