Specialist in sensory evaluation and consumer acceptability. Consultant in cargo inspection and warehouse management. Experience in 21 countries in Africa, Asia, Europe and North America during more than 100 short- and long-term assignments. Author of 90 international peer-reviewed papers and other publications.
