Coordinating Lead Author on Rural Areas for the forthcoming Fifth Assessment Report of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change. Field experience in numerous African countries (especially in the Horn of Africa), South Asia and Mongolia. Fluent in French, with some Arabic.
