Senior Research Fellow. Over ten years experience as a Technologist of perishable crops in the private sector. She has consultancies in the horticulture industry, advising on the management and handling of most crop categories including minimally processed salads and cut flowers.
Further roles include the assessment of analytical techniques within the food chain and the implementation of quality management (HACCP) systems.
